As one of the leading wedding planners in South Florida, Lourdes has been in the wedding industry since 2005. She continues to create memories through her talents, dedication, and impeccable taste.
Lourdes has grown to become a successful and respected business woman in the wedding industry, launching the retail store, The Wedding Collection early in her career, and quickly later branching out to building a wedding planning empire, as owner of Lourdes Milian Productions in Coral Gables.
As a Miami native, Lourdes understands the diversity of South Florida, allowing her to cater to an array of cultures and traditions. Aside from grand weddings, her extensive experience and creativity in planning and design, and relationships with elite vendors, has afforded her the opportunity to be called upon to work with various charities like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and produce events geared to generate funds for ground breaking research.
As a wife and mother, Lourdes knows the importance of creating lasting memories. Her love and dedication to her family is also reflected onto the work that she puts towards the production of all events, providing a stress free environment and magnificent lifetime memories for her clients.
Operations and Business Development
As Operations and Business Development, Kelly oversees event operations and logistics, making her most important goal client satisfaction, and whose primary role is being the liaison between client and vendor. Her attention to detail and thorough analysis of event strategies & development, is essential when taking on projects, and managing social and corporate events.
Kelly joined LMP in March 2015, for a six-week internship, that quickly landed her a position as a key player of this team. Her love for helping others, both professionally and on a charitable level, affords her the balance required to be successful and continue to grow a strong team.
Finance and Entertainment Coordinator
As Finance and Entertainment Coordinator, Krystal controls all avenues of budgeting and entertainment production to ensure that our clients receive the most innovative ideas and selections in the current market while keeping financial requirements in mind. She manages the relationships between some of our most elite clients and sought after celebs, to ensure a flawless event experience.
Krystal joined LMP in February 2016, aspiring to grow as part of a solid team that would afford her the opportunity to carry out her passion in the event industry. Her witty personality and love for her family shines, and is evident in all that she does in assisting client needs.
